Hello, and welcome to Strawberry Moon Crochet. My name is Rachel, and I love to experiment with yarn, and here you’ll find some unique patterns and stitches that I’ve created that may inspire you to try something different!
I started knitting as a student at University, and it wasn’t until 2015 that I discovered crochet. I found that I really took to it, and eventually just following patterns that others had made wasn’t enough and I started to create my own. My main inspiration comes from nature and I prefer to use natural fibres, such as cotton, wool, alpaca, and the occasional bit of silk for something special.
For me, experimenting with yarn is a relaxing hobby that allows me to add some beauty to the world around me. I honestly don’t know how I managed to live without it before! 😉 I’m so glad to be able to share it with you here.
